Viewing Recall Information

In this tab you can view recall information about the vehicle if it exists. You have access to this information if the Recall database has been enabled, and recall information exists for this vehicle in the database.

To view recall information

1. Open or create a workfile.
2. Select the Vehicle tab, and then click the Description tab.
3. Select a vehicle or enter the VIN.
4. Select the Recall Notices button above the VIN field.
